FACT, the Foundation for Art & Creative Technology is the UK's leading organisation for the commissioning and presentation of film, video and new media art forms.
Founded in 1988 (then named Moviola) FACT has commissioned and presented over 100 digital media artworks with artists including Mark Wallinger, Barbara Kruger,Tony Oursler and Isaac Julien .
FACT exists to inspire and promote the artistic significance of film, video and new and emerging media.
FACT believes in the ability of individuals and communities to express themselves creatively and in the value of seeing themselves reflected in the world around them.
Therefore FACT is an organisation working to champion new and emerging forms of creativity, engaging a wider range of artists and others in the development of new and emerging media forms.
